I love Dr. Lauren Brim's body of work and thought I'd learn a thing or two listening to this audiobook. As I have read many self-help books over the years, many of them addressing the self-love topic, I listened to this being reminded of many things I already knew. What really surprised me is that some of the exercises, especially the forgiveness one, created massive shifts within myself that I really didn't see coming! So whilst the audiobook feels like an easy listen and process on the surface, it has the potential to create deep healing. I'd definitely recommend.
