This is a lot to take in hence a lot of repetition. To implement a lot of new behaviours simultaneously is almost guaranteed to fail so I shall concentrate on one area at a time, starting with exercise.

Definitely worth the time and effort involved to read and implement the well researched suggestions to stave off an horrific disease.
