I'm a big fan of the podcast so was hoping this would be a deeper dive into some of the areas mentioned. If you don't know much about nutriton, mindset or fat loss principles it could be a great start, but I found it didn't teach me anything new. The content is basically all covered over their many podcast episodes, and narration speed was quite hard to listen to in early chapters.
