2.5⭐️ I absolutely loved the narrators and thought they did an amazing job. I did like the story however I wish there was more to the story, I feel like the plot only started closer towards the end and the first two thirds was just the fmc having mixed feelings. With it being a fantasy book as well I think I was just expecting a little bit more following the first book which also was a shorter read but if you’re looking for a quick read then this book is definitely for you!

Quick listen, I was hoping this would be were it would pick up what book 1 lacked. but just like the first it just didn't quite hit were it was met to. not to repeat my review in book 1 but it lacked world building & plot and characters build. and only for the ALC i was kindly giving i wouldnt of contuned this series Iv loved the authors other books. and ill continue to read her other work.
