Yet another hi octane, action packed, fast paced story from the Arisen series. Absolutely brilliant.

The whole Arisen Series has been an amazing journey that I have thoroughly enjoy being on, made doubly so by the audible equivalent of a nice warm comfort blanket from the vocal talents of RC Bray.

I really enjoy this series,
I liked how this was a standalone book but also added some extra information to the series. My favourite character had to be Kate, I liked how Kate started by being thrown into combat without any warning. To start with I was yelling at her to get a grip and move but I quickly came to like her! This book gives you a lot of military information, but is good for those who do not completely understand, but also not spoon feeding those who do. It's a really good balance. I enjoy R. C. Bray narration and how you can tell who is talking. I am looking forward to the next book.

Loved this book.
