Very motivational, another great additional to Ant’s books. Ant is my hero. I love his relentless commitment to self mastery. The only negative I would say is the sound quality is a little poor, you get used to it but sounds like Ant is in a tin can. Sound needs adjusting. Anyway overall another winner!

Had I read this book forty years ago I wonder what I would have achieved and how different my life choices would have been. Sound, articulate, practical and proven advice, soundly presented. Keep a notebook handy.
