It was the same narrator as the other books in the series who did a good job in representing the younger versions of the characters from the main storyline. However it was quite a slow book at the start and I struggled to stay interested depite being a fan. Also it resolved quite quickly and gently as well so I keep forgetting how it ended. It may just be me but it missed the humour and sharpness of the rest grey wolves and fey books.
