Sleep disorders are disorienting in so many ways. I enjoyed the fact that this book is balanced. It doesn't just sell you one thing as the cure that will sort all your sleep problems, but, if you are diligent enough to try a good diet, a journal, some therapy, some self-control, and a few other of the things recommended here, maybe you'll get to enjoy a good night's rest. This book is really helpful.
