"Na, dann mach doch Schlager!". Dieser gut gemeinte und doch verhängnisvolle Tipp sollte mich nicht nur endlich die Früchte meines jahrelangen musikalischen Schaffens ernten lassen, sondern auch auf den Olymp des Erfolges bringen. Stattdessen tanzte ich auf Hochzeiten und trug Trachtenlederhosen zu Nikolaus.
Es folgten Depressionen, Resignation, Irritation und Selbstzweifel. Ich ertrank in Selbstmitleid, freundete mich mit einer Alkoholsucht an und machte auch Bekanntschaft mit weißem Stoff. Dabei wollte ich eigentlich immer nur nach Hause. Doch nur nach Hause ging ich nicht.
