This story follows Emilia (FMC), an orphaned Italian girl raised by her overprotective grandfather and Alessandro ( MMC ) brother to the Mafia’s head. When a long standing agreement of marriage between the families comes to fruition, one of the Volante brothers must marry Emilia, and Alessandro is the first to approve. Emilia discovers her sheltered life isn’t for no reason, and heat heightens between her and her new husband.

🖤My thoughts:
This book is perfect for a light read without heavy plots, and is definitely centred around the main characters rather than outside developments. The narrations on this are amazing, and FMC definitely does a wonderful job on this ! Humour flicked throughout, makes for a really funny read.
