I saw this was free to download with Audible plus & it sounded amazing so I obviously started it straight away! 👏🏼

Celeste is a dark romance author, she loves writing & putting her work out to the world for them to love too. Her first book was a huge hit & everyone loved it!

But now they’re saying they don’t feel the same energy, it’s not dark enough, something is different, it feels flat!

So Celeste decides to go back to her hometown for some inspiration & luckily for her theirs a serial killer on the loose giving her plenty of material to write about

But when she meets this serial killer she realises he’s more than inspiration, he’s the fire that her soul needs.

And he knows all the towns secrets…

This was so good! It was fast paced & soooo twisty! Oh and the spice was heated 😮‍💨

I do wish I’d of read it rather than listened on audible though as the narration was so intense all the time 🫣 and everything happened so fast! I know if I’d of read it then I’d of appreciated it a little more if that makes sense?

I was lucky enough to win my wishlist & this was picked as one of the prizes so I do now own my own copy, I just wish I’d of got it before I’d finished on audible 🤣 I do LOVE the cover too!

This would make a perfect Christmas read!

Dark, sexual, surprising and canes voice is so sexy!!!
Loved the story got worried and thought I’d get bored. I’m not too keen on the ending but although really good keeps you on your toes with a massive twist

This one was really good! There were some twists that you definitely didn't see coming but really made the story great!🤩
I listened to it almost in one go, it was hard to stop.

I really, really like stalker romances. It's one of my absolute favorite tropes, and this was just that! I wish it would have been a tiiiny bit more stalking (on page) before everything went down, but since he had stalked her for a few years before this, I guess it could count too😅

I had mixed feelings about Celeste. Half of the time, I loved her and half of the time she annoyed me. But in the end, she was great. Alongside Cain. They were a real twisted power couple!🖤

I also would have loved some more spice, but I always do, soooo...😈

I absolutely recommend this Audiobook, it's great if you love a good dark, a little gorey and mysterious romance 🖤

Loved it! Was looking forward to this one and it was really good. Both narrator’s were good and I need to come up with different ways to say this but Joe Arden is simply incredible. Every book he narrates he brings to life and it’s just amazing. X
