Nicely laid out book with almost all the essential information required for starting an HMO investment

To the point

A good, basic overview, covers all the main topics and assumes no or little prior knowledge. Those with business experience can skip through some of the more rudimentary parts about needing to be able to undertake financial analysis and use MD Excel etc. Would benefit from an update to reflect the most recent legislative changes. That said, there is little to update.
