We sometimes attempt a new activity and I'm always so impressed that she can understand the material, even though I understood when I bought this that it would be a little bit above our heads because my daughter is just 3 years old. It is really straightforward to read. I adore the topic even more because of how elegant and simple the visuals are!

This year, I spent a lot of time looking for books about mindfulness for my 3-year-old to have when he gets older. My son is learning how to take deep breaths, and use his imagination.
