one of my favourite goddess books now to goddess of troy which i have not yet read..... I have read this book many times now. If you feel a connection to sea and earth this book is 100% for you, I love the sea and I love the earth and I love this book. its magical, it's beautiful its romantic it's simply one of the best books I have ever read

I love this series of books and was so excited to find them here on Audible….. but I was so put off by the narration, which was almost painful to listen to, that I had to literally force myself to continue listening until the end. It is such a shame. I see that the whole series is read by the same person so that has massively deterred me from buying the rest of them. I think I’ll stick to the paper copies of these stories

This is very marmite, i am sure some people will love it. I found myself fast forwarding parts. I believe in female power etc but this was ridiculous I also feel like it objectified men and women when it should have been about internal strength and if it was a feminist propaganda book which is how the language read. Why was beauty and male manliness such a big thing. This was so incredibly long and unnecessarily so. Narration was dreadful very monotone I listened to this at 1.30 which did make it better. I hate giving up on books so I finished it. But it was not the romance mermaid tale I was hoping for.

Honestly this had such a good story line but narrator turned it into trash! Anything by this narrator I now avoid after listening to three books Her voice is just not meant to be for audio books. I wouldn’t even listen to my favourite book if she narrated it for fear she would ruin it with her terrible voices
