This audiobook offers lots of simple and yet practical advice to handle menopausal symptoms. The book is well-written and comprehensive; it talks about the range of menopausal symptoms, why they occur, how to reduce their effects naturally, the role of hormones and hormone therapy, the health effects of menopause, and so on. The book is written and narrated in a way that as if the author is talking directly to you, perhaps because the author is sharing her own experiences. If you like to learn more about menopause and how to better deal with it, this is the book for you!

Being a post menopausal woman I found many great values in this book. A must read. I like the positivity practice part, the positive affirmation and reframing. This book will help you understand the physiological changes in woman's life, the menopause, its many symptoms and how to overcome them. Very informational. Narration is very clear.

As I approach the menopause im doing as much research as possible in it and this book has definitely helped. Explains what we need to do for diet ,cut out the bad stuff and exercise more than I do. Explains the benefits of sourcing some nice organic produce. I'm very satisfied with this book as it answers just about evey question I had on the subject. Its packed with very useful information

As a peri-menopausal girl, I’m absolutely dreading the times ahead... and can already notice small changes in my body starting to happen. If you’re feeling the same - this book is for you! It gives you comprehensive information and full understanding of what and how happens to you during menopause. Not only that - it’s full of practical, sound, relevant advice on what to do about it. It certainly reassured me on many levels and gave me the right tools to prepare for the inevitable. It sounds scary, but thanks to Silvana, I know I’m not on my own, no one judges me, and I’m in control on how to manage the big M that we so rarely openly talk about as women.

This audiobook did a great job breaking down what’s actually happening in your body during menopause—it made the weird, frustrating symptoms feel a lot less mysterious. I appreciated how it explained the connection between hormones and hot flashes without being overwhelming. The tips for cooling night sweats and feeling more in control were genuinely useful. It’s the kind of guide that makes you feel like you’re not going through it blind.
