From the first chapter, this book had me on an emotional rollercoaster. It's thoughtful yet light, tense but uplifting, dealing with trauma and self-worth in a beautiful way, whilst taking a different approach to the afterlife. Had it ended any other way I would have been bereft. 5 stars.
