This book starts off well but gets a bit woolly about half way through.
It's still a good listen though and I'd recommend it.

This is a great little book as one of those mindset "top ups" when you feel you need a reminder to think right.
It's fairly short so easy to get through and includes some great advice about over thinking, worrying and holding yourself back. Well worth it

I have listened to this book once and will immediately start it again. it has lifted me up from a low point and I now need to start introducing her action plans to turn myself around into a happier healthier me.

love this book ... so empowering... feel the fear and just do it anyway... Great Title better content... lived up to the expectation... I read this book in hard copy 20 years ago... the recording bettered that experience... love audible
