In 2236, the world has largely settled after two centuries of magical apocalyptic events and heroic interventions.
The Icelandic Citadel of Knowledge oversees the Accorded Territories, the nations which rose from the ashes of The Aperien Event. The Citadel enforces a set of magically binding laws called The Accords.
