The narrator did an ok job. She didn't use much variation in voices for the characters, which was disappointing. 🎧

Although rather repetitive, especially regarding the vicar and the dragon scar, I think this story had potential. I'm hopeful that book 2 will hone in on saving the dragons and the people, moving the story forward more and less on repetition.🙏🏼

The start of the romance that was brewing will hopefully pick back up and grow in book 2.😍 His stepfather was vile. Using religion to manipulate people seems very "real world"!😤 The loss towards the end was so sad.😢

The incessant repetition of information already provided was tedious and the FMC making glaringly obvious errors was beyond comprehension and frustrating. This has felt like double the time duration of the book and if this is a series, my interest stops here.
