What a book!
Stories of people who have met Jesus, love him with all their heart and so powerfully spread that joy with seemingly everyone they see their heavenly father directing them towards. It has truly broken my heart anew, for the dying necessity to reach the marginalised and impoverished.
It is also a book filled with stories of such profound joy, true joy found in Christ from the very depths of human suffering that it broke my heart. It has powerfully convicted me in the ways I so often miss the love and joy of the father, by suppressing him down to my own expectations.
The book is full of such wisdom and delight in the father I cannot recommend it anymore highly. On top of that Pete is a great narrator and through tears as my heart was broken I would often find them change to tears of joy as the stories recounted shifted my gaze back to goodness of my heavenly Father. Thank you Lord for Pete and how you are using him to inspire so many, what a guy!
