Battling your deceased relatives like Pokémon sounds distasteful but ends up being kind of sweet.

This is closer to YA than what I normally listen to but I can definitely see this going on in the car with family.

The humour and whimsy is nicely pitched, lots of sensible chuckles and plenty of tea and cake.

The narrator was a particular highlight, unique voices for all the characters and some fun sound effects.

Just enjoyed a lovely afternoon with jake & his no nonsense grandpa. the author made me think about my own lost relatives & what they would be like in this world! looking forward to seeing where this goes
