An entertaining novella that spans several genres. It encompasses crime thriller, mystery, drama and supernatural. The narrator brings the characters to life with an understated presence. A good clear reading without the melodrama one sometimes hears with horror readings.

This is very suspenseful and surprising. I really had no idea what was coming next.
