This book is a rollercoaster of happenings and emotions! There is so much that happened in the past and is happening in the present day, that I couldn’t turn it off. Indie was trained and programmed as a company kid. Adam buys her at an auction, at age 10, to be a part of his team. He never imagined how things would turn out for them. Them being Indie, Adam, McKay and Donovan.

There is so much here! I love JA Huss. Her books always make you think and wonder.. they keep me guessing right up to the very end!

Wow-what an ending, I did not see that coming. I'm looking forward to reading the next book. This story has only just begun and I feel like I’m on a rollercoaster ride.

Jealousy ruled the MCs. Jealousy, obsession and manipulation including Indie. A good read triggering in parts. A lot of unanswered questions. like why did they hate Nathan apart from the obvious...Book 2 is going to an interesting ride.

frustratingly good and little sick.

I think I 80 % loved this read and 5% hated it. The other percentage was probably frustration when the plot went too convoluted.
Tte narrators are awesome and the characters complex and intriguing. I want to go to their house and lay on that swing.
I love the slow unravelling of secrets but I think if I don’t go straight to book 2 now, there is no way I’ll remember the plot. In fact I’m not totally sure I can remember it now.
If you are a freebie flicker like me, who hesitates on sequels, I think you could happily see this as a stand alone book. It’s not a cliff hanger ending. But I do want to know if Adam bags that delicious man!
