I have become an avid Wilbur Smith fan since my husband bought me a subscription for Audible and as part of this I was sent Cloudburst, which is a children’s book as a free sample. I’m nearly 50 years old and I was curious to read it as I work in a school and read with children. I enjoyed it and thought that it is a great book for a young person to get absorbed into and then become hooked into the writing of Wilbur Smith etc. I wish that the older children in my primary school have access to material like this, especially boys as it can be more difficult to engage them, but this book was exciting and I know that they would enjoy it and the others in the series. Thank You, Audible.

I wish that all youngsters could read this book.

just not Wilbur Smith,. like a racy teenagers book. too short for a Smith and not even his style. I learned nothing, and knew the ending as it started.

Awful storyline. Suitable for teenagers…..maybe. I bought this to listen to Wilbur Smith not Enid Blyton. Nothing against Enid Blyton but it’s just not what I expect of a Wilbur Smith novel.
