RJ has a relaxed manner and uses analogies to make us understand some complicated themes, he has simple exercises than can help you understand yourself and dramatically improve your life in many ways. He gives loads of examples of how his methods have helped himself people from all walks of life. My only criticism is, there is no pdf with this audible book.

I have the Audible version and have ordered the paperback too. I Highly recommend it and feel it is an amazing book that will help all who read it whether you're on a spiritual path or not. The excercises are practical and illuminating and really empower you and enable you to create the life you want by getting in touch with the "real you" RJ explains it really well and I liked how he read it, I also have his other book "Supercharged Self Healing" in audible and paperback and I highly recommend that too. He has healed himself from being paralysed when Doctors said he'd never walk again (and he had lots of other things wrong too) and he proved that we have the power to heal ourselves and change our lives. This is groundbreaking stuff, if you're sceptical, open your mind, watch his interviews on you tube or look at his website and see. He's walked the difficault walk and we can all learn and be inspired from his amazing courage and determination and it shows what we as humans are capable of.
