This audiobook is so helpful, I didn't realize I was not breathing right when I did do exercise of any kind until now. I am 62 years old and only wish I would have had all of this invaluable information a few years ago. This is a real life changing experience for me! Maybe if I were more in shape I would not have hurt my back a few years ago at work. These exercises are really easy on the body and I have now found that I love yoga! Thank You!

If you're looking for an easy to follow workout plan that will increase your strength and flexibility without being too intense, look no further! I wasn't sure how an exercise book would translate to an audiobook, but the author has done a fantastic job of breaking down each exercise so it's easy to understand how to do it. The workouts are also short, which makes it easy to do every day. I also really like the narrator's voice, it's very soothing and helps you glide through the workouts. Highly recommend!

I really love the exercises in here that specifically focus on chronic pain. They say everyone gets older and your body falling apart just comes with the territory. Well, I'm okay with getting older. But I want to still enjoy life. I know my body won't be the same as a 20-year-old. But if I take care of myself, I can still get around just fine and do a lot of things I love. This was a good book for showing me things I can do (no crazy intense workouts) that will help me enjoy life for a long time to come.
