This book has been such a helpful resource. I’m not as steady on my feet as I used to be, so I wanted something safe but still effective, and this fit the bill. The exercises are gentle but still give me a good stretch, and the clear instructions make it easy to follow along. I like that it doesn’t assume any prior experience. It’s built my confidence to move more without worrying about falling or overdoing it. A great guide for staying active as we age.

This audiobook does a great job of making movement feel accessible, no matter your ability. It starts by helping you figure out your level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced) which really takes the guesswork out of where to begin. From there, the poses are clearly explained and grouped by focus, whether it’s flexibility, strength, or balance.

One thing that really stood out to me was the author’s explanation of how sessions run in her own practice. It gave a great sense of what to expect and how the exercises fit together as a whole. I also loved the science-backed approach that explains why chair yoga works so well, especially for seniors or those with limited mobility.

The best part - it only takes 10 minutes a day. That made it feel realistic and sustainable, which is exactly what I needed. I'd definitely recommend this one!

I got this to help with my stiffness and balance, and it’s been a great fit. The exercises are easy to follow, and I can do them right in my kitchen chair. I like that it only takes about 10 minutes, but I still feel more limber and steady afterward. It’s now part of my morning routine, and I actually look forward to it.
