One thing that really stood out to me was the author’s explanation of how sessions run in her own practice. It gave a great sense of what to expect and how the exercises fit together as a whole. I also loved the science-backed approach that explains why chair yoga works so well, especially for seniors or those with limited mobility.
The best part - it only takes 10 minutes a day. That made it feel realistic and sustainable, which is exactly what I needed. I'd definitely recommend this one!
