  • Armor Up Physically & Mentally (build a resilient body and mind through exercise, heart-rate training, and better nutrition)
  • Relentless Evolution (never stop improving your mind, body, skills, and environment — cut distractions)

Phase 3: Application Mastery

  • Wit, Resilience & Social Mastery (stay sharp under pressure, build high-value relationships, communicate effectively, and remain appropriate in every situation)
  • Redemption Through Action (find and fix mistakes quickly, then keep moving forward)

Phase 4: Higher Purpose

  • Legacy Over Ego (focus on long-term impact instead of short-term validation)
  • Living Life to the Fullest (work hard, play hard, seek adventure and meaningful experiences)

I walk through real-life examples — from car trouble and a flooded basement (T. Harv Eker’s lesson: rich people are bigger than their problems) to childhood entrepreneurship obstacles and the power of supportive people. Plus, research-backed insights on how exercise, heart-rate training, and diet directly boost productivity and decision-making.

This isn’t just theory — it’s a practical operating system for Health, Wealth, and Relationships that I’m living right now.
