I also share that we are right on time. January can be such a challenging time for many, and part of the reason is because a lot of people feel behind; here, we explore our relationship to time and the gifts that come from our rapport to time changing.

I want to share that it is in honor of the many people all over the world who are using their voices to rise up, to defend our one humanity, that I share this episode.
