In Episode 1, "Everybody Belongs at the Table," we're learning an important life skill: how to introduce yourself and build new friendships.

Meeting new people can feel exciting, scary, or a little bit of both. In this episode, children will learn a simple three-step introduction recipe that helps build confidence and create meaningful connections:

✅ Say hello
✅ Share your name
✅ Tell one thing about yourself

Through guided practice, encouragement, and real-life examples, we'll explore how small interactions can lead to lasting friendships.

This episode also includes:

✨ Social skills practice for kids
✨ Confidence-building activities
✨ A Parent Corner with tips for supporting social growth
✨ A special message about inclusion and kindness
✨ Our weekly Community Table Challenge

Whether you're a parent, teacher, therapist, caregiver, or child, this episode offers practical tools to help create communities where everyone feels seen, valued, and included.

This Week's Challenge:
Introduce yourself to one new person and share one thing about yourself.

Then tell us:
✔ Did you make a new friend?
