In this teaching, Pastor Dobbs ministers from Acts 1:4 & I Thessalonians 5:17 on being saved, waiting on the promise of the Father, praying despite distractions. Distractions will take a person from their set place but being saved requires that a believer pray so that they can refocus to fulfill the will of God despite the distractions going on in the world.
