I’m an entertainer and I work all over the country and I don’t have access to the perfect diet of zero sugar plenty of veggies and low carbs as he suggests. I’m not sure who does unless you are an Alist celeb and have your own chef.
I also think when it comes to eating out, if you’re following this book to the tee, your friends are gonna get pretty sick of you sat with a glass of water at the restaurant you’ve all gone to, whilst they eat their meals. Very few restaurants have the options, you may need.
Birthday cake? Not unless it’s made of Kale and broccoli.
He does talk about margins of food that isn’t the best for us, but he never mentions options like whole grain bread, rice or sometimes a meal replacement shake which sometimes is all I have access to.
Saying that I’ve taken away a few bits from this and will try to keep in line with the program as much a possible, not binge eating and not eating because I’m bored or stressed.
If you keep to 60 % of what he suggests food wise, don’t binge eat, emotionally eat then you can’t go wrong.
Days and times where you do have 100% control…

This concept really resonated with me and I now see so many of my friends struggling how I used to. 3 months in and one and half stone down. I do not crave for bad foods, I just don't want them- crazy, but it works. I desperately try to get people who I see struggling day to day with food to listen to this book, to no avail!! I feel at peace with food!!!.. long may it continue! hope it works for all others that follow the easy way.
