About this listen

One night was all they ever intended. They soon realise the old saying is true—opposites do attract.

Shannen Morgan has never known anything as frivolous as a one-night stand. Her professional image as a primary school teacher just wouldn’t allow such a thing, not to mention her country club, upper-middle-class upbringing. She certainly wouldn’t dream of having a quickie with the stubbled bad boy she meets in a bar.

So why can’t she keep away from him?

Callum Lewis lives a no-complications life. No long-term women, no staying overnight, and absolutely no commitment. Keeping emotions at arm’s length is his number one skill—that and trying to navigate life as a single dad to a five-year-old.

Until Shannen changes everything.

As Shannen falls hard for the rugged charmer, she struggles to balance the relentless disapproval from her judgemental best friend with the freedom she's found in the arms—and bed—of a man who wants her for who she is and not as a suitable little housewife. However, when secrets from Cal's younger years bubble to the surface, will Shannen be able to overlook his sins, or will she retreat into the safety of the predictable life she’s always known?

Kyra Lennon’s All of You is a quietly compelling romance that unfolds with tenderness and emotional depth. The pacing is gentle — sometimes I wished it would pick up a little, but I was never bored. The slow burn works in its favour, letting the chemistry simmer, the conflicts breathe, and the characters grow in ways that feel authentic and heartfelt.

Shannen’s character stood out for me. She’s well drawn, emotionally grounded, and easy to root for. I genuinely felt for her. The supporting cast, however, felt a little underdeveloped — more like sketches than fully fleshed-out personalities.

Bonnie Walsh’s narration is a standout. Warm, expressive, and perfectly attuned to the emotional beats of the story, she brings both main characters to life with nuance and care. Her voice makes the listening experience feel intimate and immersive.

The sex scenes are well written — tasteful, emotionally charged, and refreshingly free of cliché. I wouldn’t have minded a few more, especially toward the end. Walsh’s narration shines here too; her delivery adds a layer of intimacy that suits the tone beautifully.

If you enjoy British romance with a touch of heat, emotional complexity, and a satisfying arc of redemption and connection, All of You is well worth your time.

Touching, gentle paced British romance with excellent narration

Throw in a cute, but troubled, little boy in the mix, this heartwarming, tearjerking love story is hard to put down. Can't wait to find out the next part of their story!
