My wife wanted more information about the menopause as she had recently been going through the peri stage and felt isolated without having much knowledge of what to expect. She found this audio to be a roadmap of what she is currently going through but also what to expect that will help her manage her symptoms, anxiety and help ease feeling like she is the only one going through this.
