This is a great little book for the new mums. The author has provided lovely affirmations for sleep which is very helpful in the early days. Also the importance of taking care of yourself.
All new mums can get overwhelmed and can start feeling anxious and stress out over every little thing. These affirmations will help to calm you and will help you enjoy your little bundle of joy!

I gifted this to my relative and she LOVES it! Having a child is a blessing but it comes with hard work and will put your patience to the test so it is truly a stressful job especially for mothers.
