Things I've known for decades, but could not make the shift to FEEL accordingly, act accordingly, exist accordingly.... RJ's tips and simple techniques give that boost indeed, mostly by shifting your point of view of how to see and consider your True Self, your Body-Mind vehicle and All aspects of your existence and All There Is. I'm going go listen it again and again, until it penetrates my existance fully.

I've listened to the audiobook of Access Superconsciousness by RJ Spina at least seven or 8 times, and each time, it's like I'm hearing parts for the first time. The wisdom in this book keeps unfolding in layers, and as I revisit it, everything starts to make even more sense.

While I love all the chapters, I find myself replaying my two favorites the most: Chapter 3, Experience Attachments to Freedom, and Chapter 8, Move from Weakness to Strength. In Chapter 3, the affirmation, "I recall all my energy now," is so powerful — every time I say it, I feel instantly lighter and more empowered. Chapter 8, From weakness to strength, resonates deeply with me as well and has been incredibly empowering in my own journey.

This book has become my guide, my go-to for spiritual growth (not that I've ever read the Bible, or plan to, but it feels that significant to me!). The combination of having both the physical and audiobook versions is perfect. There’s something so special about hearing RJ’s voice guide you through the practices and meditations, and then being able to reflect on the written words afterward.

Something amazing happened last week — I had a dream with RJ, and it was so vivid and profound that I don’t think I will ever forget it. It felt like a continuation of the teachings in the book, and that connection made the experience even more meaningful.
