The male narrator is really hard to listen to - sounds like he's doing a voiceover for a tacky documentary.

I was glad to have a finish to the series! The male narrator is so jarring. Sounds like a robot

Like other reviewers I found it impossible to listen to the terrible male narrator. This spoiled the book and I returned it. It was a pity as the female narrator was good and could have narrated the whole book.

I really enjoyed listening to the first two books in this series. Sadly I am finding this book hard to listen to as the male reader is jarring. I cannot listen for long periods and have the speed on 1.5 to try and help Bastian's chapters go faster.
