As a young man, I felt I was out there in the wild, experiencing the untouched natural world - but it was an illusion. The tragedy of our time has been happening all around us, barely noticeable from day to day - the loss of our planet's wild places, its biodiversity.

The damage we’ve done to our planet’s climate and biodiversity is laid bare by Sir David Attenborough who has, over his long life, borne witness to the destruction of Earth’s wilderness and natural ecosystems. At times it’s difficult listening, but we must change our course. The path he sets out for us to take is holistic and comprehensive.

An amazing work which should be required reading/listening for all!
