Really enjoyed listening to these stories. They’re not groundbreaking but that’s not the point. You need a pretty decent level of Spanish though with audible you can slow the speaking down if you miss something which is helpful. Nice use of vernacular and slang to help you get a feel for everyday Spanish which is something the textbooks don’t give you!

Great for polishing rusty Spanish

The stories are ok buy there isn't much humor, some of the twists are a bit predictable and I think the swearing could have been more creative (there is lots more out there to choose from).
In listening to these I have realized that I prefer longer stories to shorter ones.
The narrator has one of the warmest, most listenable voices I have ever heard and she would be the reason I would find myself listening to the stories again.
She could make a shopping list sound interesting.
Unfortunately she has not narrated anything else for Audible.

Not that scandalous these days.
