About this listen

Brought to you by Penguin.

From USA Today bestselling author Rina Kent comes a new STANDALONE grumpy sunshine college romance.

I made a terrible mistake.
Being a mafia princess, I knew my fate was already decided.
But I went ahead and longed for the wrong one.
Creighton King is bad news with a gorgeous exterior.
He’s silent, brooding, and obviously emotionally unavailable.
So I thought it was over.
Until he awakens a beast inside me.
My name is Annika Volkov, and I’m Creighton's worst enemy.
He won’t stop until he breaks me.
Or I break him.

That’s the second book I have read by the author. What a masterpiece. Very interesting plot, characters and love story. The author plays with the dark darkness in a very skilled way.

This one was so much better then God Of Malice. I was hooked throughout. Creighton is silent and dark while Annika is talkative and bright. The Opposites in every possible way, but it only made them more compelling as a couple. The plot was captivating and beautiful.

Another great addition to Legacy of Gods series. Rina does well to make sure all the stories intertwine from different perspectives (seriously how does she keep track haha).

I love how Creighton helps Annikas learn to stick up for herself and how she shocks everyone by bringing him out of his quiet shell.

Deliciously dark and so so romantic felt like a modern dark version of Romeo and Juliet but thankfully with Happy Ending. I’m now intrigued by both Annikas parents and Creightons so that will be my next read.

Felt like Romeo n Juliet but HEA

I absolutely adore Annika she carried this story on her back. Could do without her going sacrificial lamb by the end but oh well it is a dark romance after all
