It's not often that one comes across a work so honest, brave, and filled with a wealth of fascinating facts and invaluable tips about the vessel we live in every single day. Your courage in sharing various aspects of your experience is truly commendable, and I am thankful for the opportunity to have read your words.

The book resonated with me on multiple levels, offering a blend of laughter, vulnerability, cringe-worthy moments, and unfortunately, a touch of sadness. How we as humans can be so smart yet so dumb at the same time. Roaming around for 200,000 years and yet it's only in the most recent heart beat where the times are 'slowly' starting to change in how women are perceived and treated. Still so far from where we need to be, but i hope momentum quickens at a rapid pace.

This book will leave a lasting impression on me, and I am grateful for the impact it has had on my perspective
